Monica NARULA, Shuddhabrata SENGUPTA, Jeebesh BAGCHI formed Raqs Media Collective after they graduated from Jamia Milia University in Delhi. While they continue to be anchored to this city, their work is intimately informed by myths, narratives, and histories from many geo-historical communities. Following a current of ‘kinetic contemplation’ of our infinite relations to time, Raqs’ practice expands, re-articulates, and re-configures our perceptions of the tangible and intangible interrelations within the temporal spaces we inhabit.
